As a Sales Manager you'll:
- Make outgoing calls (warm leads).
- Convert leads into sales.
- Handle all leads fully, completely and professionally.
- Build and expand customer relationships by identifying customers' needs and offering solutions based on in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Partner with other functions and roles within the Company to drive additional business.
Some things we consider critical to succeeding in this role:
- 1-2 years experience in sales and/or customer retention.
- Experience in the Financial markets.
- Some understanding of the Financial markets.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Energetic and flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Target driven and confident.
- Ambitious with continuous desire for personal and professional development.
