As a Customer Support Representative you'll:
- Receive and sort customer emails and respond to their queries via email, chat and phone.
- Verify the accuracy of the data sent by our customers.
- Track document exceptions.
- Match documents and customers against databases when necessary.
- Manage our groups in social networks and respond to their queries (Telegram, Facebook)
- Provide sales assistance if needed (no cold calling).
- Other tasks as required.
Some things we consider critical to succeeding in this role:
- Excellent attention to details.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Good typing speed is a plus.
- High level of responsibility.
- Some prior work experience preferred.
- Quick learner.
