As a Community Manager you'll:

  • Write engaging texts for use on relevant social media platform (
  • Respond to comments and questions in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
